The Wii Fit Plus And The Weekly Weigh In

I was gutted a couple of weeks ago when I didn’t lose any weight when I had put loads of effort into it. Then I realised it really sdoesn’t help with the clothes that you wear. So from now I get myself weighed in my birthday suit that way you have a true account of your weight.

And sure enough it works and this week I had a weight loss of 2 pounds or 0.8kg as my weight on the wii is very confusing when you are constantly dealing with kilos. And to you and me it is 2.204 pounds to every kilo so that you know how to work it out.

I find that the step areobics gives me the best satisfaction along with a feeling that I am making an effort. But on a Sunday I don’t want an over the top exercise when I have been exercising all week so I go with Yoga. Its a great way to get your body moving on a Sunday and you will feel so much better for doing it just like I do.

So remember keep it up and lets see the pounds disappear.

Burning The Calories On Your Wii Fit Plus

So we are in February now and how is your diet going? With me what I have found works well is that for any calories I have over the diet. I will jump on the wii fit plus and burn the extra ones.

So I am on the slimming world diet so any syns I have I will burn them later that day. I find the best one for burning those calories in the evening is the free step.  I can then watch television and step to my favourite shows and it doesn’t feel like a real effort at all.

Step plus burns 157 calories per 30 minutes so say if you wanted to eat something naughty for dinner that was 300 calories go on the step for an hour while you watch Lost and you will have absolutel nothing to feel guilty about.

Or for a total work out why not try the jogging this burns 80 calories for 10 minutes so its the highest calorie burner on the entire wii fit options. So you could burn your 300 calories in 37.5 minutes. So if you want to have a burger have one – just burn it later!!!!

It certainly makes food for thought doesn’t it?

Who Ate All The Chocolate At Christmas

Well what can I say Christmas came and there was chocolate then there was some more chocolate and then some more. I didnt eat as much as I did last year but I certainly didn’t act like someone that should be on a diet. I think on average I had about 1 bar of chocolate a day and my wii wasn’t used as much as it normally is.

But new year new me and I am back to it!!!!

I woke up yesterday morning and really couldn’t be bothered to do any exercise on the wii fit plus so I ended up doing the free step for 30 minutes to a comedy show and 30 minutes later I had burned 156 calories and enjoyed 30 minutes of fine British Comedy.

To me this is lazy exercise but it is still exercise so I am going to carry on like this when I am feeling a bit knackered.

Imagine if you have two favourite tv programmes a week and you watch them for 2 hours a week. If you did the free step during this period you would burn an extra 624 calories a week now that is enough for a Big Mac!!!
